I knew I wanted to name the Business after her, but I wasn't so sure on exactly what? When after a long day of working on the salon. I came home to see my beautiful lab waggin her tail like crazy ,so happy to see me. When it suddenly came to me....
"Dolly's Waggin"
I also have another dog and she is a black pug mix! Her name is Shasta....she is a crazy dog! Shasta is about 3 years old! We love her to pieces!
A little about me.

.I have always loved dogs and animals ,and I have grown up with pets in my Family all of my life. Since I was small child I wanted to work with dogs. At First I wanted to be a vet, but after considering I felt I might be to sensitive to handle seeing all the sick and dying pets. So I looked into the grooming. I knew right away that this is what I wanted to do. I acquired my knowledge and skills by taking an online course with a program at the time called Harcourt Learning Direct. It is now called Penn Foster With taking this program I needed to have so many hours of hands on training. At the time that I was in the program I worked at the Findlay Animal Care Center as a Kennel assistant and bathing assistant. I was then able to do an internship with the head groomer to receive my hands on training. My trainer was certified and had many years of experience with dog grooming. I completed the program and received my certification in 2003.I then left the Findlay Animal Care Center and was then employed with Fostoria Animal Clinic. Here I was their only groomer for about three years. Working in these two places also taught me basic knowledge of medical pet care. Which then gave me the confidence and advanced skills for me to start my own grooming business. And here I am today almost two years later with my mobile pet grooming business. It's a Dream come true for me....I will always stay on top of the latest news and info with grooming, Animal Behavior ,and pet health, by attending educational seminars as much as I can.

A little about my Assistant!
Laurie Altman
Assistant/receptionist
Laurie is my Mom! She is a grooming assistant with me in the mobile salon. Doing a little bit of everything .When you call to make an appointment majority of the time you will be talking to Laurie. She has a really big heart for dogs and animals. Laurie will be expanding her knowledge by attending educational seminars on grooming, Animal Behavior ,and pet health. Laurie also has a Black lab. Her name is Bacall. This was my child hood pet! Bacall is very dear to the Family. We all dread the day when she passes. It comes to our thoughts from time to time since she is getting older. She is about 9 years old.
